We don't service motors, gearboxes, control boxes, switches, or electrical components, and we don't replace cables. We grease, lubricate, and replace bad fittings — that's it. If you need mechanical or electrical repair, ask and we'll refer.
We need clear access to your lift from the dock. If your slip is gated, behind a community gate, or requires a code, please share that when booking.
For greasing and cable lube we prefer the boat off the lift or fully raised so we can move freely. We'll work with whatever situation you have — just let us know.
For boat washing, we bring our own hose, soap, brushes, and pressure equipment. We just need access to a freshwater spigot on your property.
Palmetto service has no trip fee. Surrounding areas (Bradenton, Ellenton, Parrish, Anna Maria, Cortez, Sarasota and beyond) add a flat $70 trip charge per visit.
Florida weather is what it is. We work in light rain, but we'll reschedule for storms or lightning at no charge. We'll text or call before heading out if there's any doubt.
Cash, Zelle, Venmo, or major credit card. Plan customers are billed automatically on a recurring schedule. Invoice provided after every visit.
If we notice frayed cables, bad bearings, or anything outside our scope, we photograph it and send it to you with a recommendation. No upsell pressure — just information.
